d. Pre-Course Assignment: After reading the pre-course material, the next step is to complete a simple assignment consisting of seven constructed-response questions based on the reading material. These questions are answered online in our LMS.
Phase 2: During the Lead Auditor Training
a. Continuous Delegate Evaluation: One of the critical components of successfully completing the Lead Auditor course is active participation and engagement in classroom discussions and activities. All activities are graded. You must successfully complete the activities, which are mostly performed in groups, and achieve a passing grade in continuous evaluation.

b. Final Assessment: At the end of the five-day training programme, you will appear for the final assessment. Classroom learners take the assessment in class on the final day. Learners attending through our online virtual classroom complete a remotely proctored eAssessment from home.
c. Course Completion Requirement: You must pass both the continuous delegate evaluation and the final assessment to receive a Certificate of Achievement.

c. Certificate of Attendance: If you do not pass the exam on the first attempt, you can prepare and appear for the exam again free of cost within a one-year period. In the meantime, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
