CQI IRCA Independent Course Feedback Survey Result and Analysis

To monitor the quality of certified courses delivered by Approved Training Partners (ATP), CQI IRCA solicits course feedback surveys directly from the learners at the end of each course through emails. This is an independent survey conducted by CQI IRCA to provide feedback to the ATPs for continuous improvement.

3FOLD Training is a transparent organization and would like to share the CQI IRCA learner feedback survey results and analysis to the public to make informed decisions while choosing a training organization to pursue CQI IRCA Certified Lead Auditor course.

Disclaimer: The information provided in this article is based on the survey results provided and downloaded from the ATP portal of CQI IRCA from Leaners who attended courses between January 1 to December 31, 2020. The data is aggregated for all CQI IRCA Certified Courses offered by 3FOLD Training. This report is limited to ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor, ISO 9001:2015 QMS Internal Auditor, ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS Lead Auditor, and ISO 14001:2015 EMS Lead Auditor. All questions on the CQI IRCA administered survey is based on the Five Point Likert Scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree (1 denotes strongly disagree and 5 strongly agree).

Factors, Score and Analysis

✓ Quality of Course Delivery

We received a score of 4.50 out of 5 in quality of course delivery from our learners. We achieved this score by:

1. Designing the course keeping adult learners in mind with practical and real-life audit simulation exercises.
2. Providing continuous feedback to learners throughout the course on various classroom exercises encompassing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits.
3. Developing a comprehensive case study and records of a simulated company to perform audit role plays.
4. Focusing 80% of the course on practical skills and 20% on knowledge aspects (through Presentation slides)

✓ Quality of Trainer

We received a score of 4.57 out of 5 in quality of trainers from our learners. We achieved this score by:

1. Hiring trainers who are impaneled auditors for leading certification bodies.
2. Ensuring trainers have hundreds of man-days experience in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party auditing on the standards that they are hired to facilitate.
3. Making sure trainers have completed Lead Auditor courses.
4. Validating trainer’s experience in delivering similar courses with reputable organizations.
5. Supporting and mandating tutors on continuous professional development.

✓ Quality of Materials

We received a score of 4.57 out of 5 in quality of materials from our learners. We achieved this score by:

✓ Interactive Learning

We received a score of 4.39 out of 5 in Interactive Learning from our learners. We achieved this score by:

1. Designing the course for a high level of interaction in both tutors to learner and learner to learner.
2. Providing ample opportunities for learners to interact with the tutor with a dedicated feedback session at the end of each activity.
3. Using technology tools such as break-out rooms in Zoom Meetings.

Pre-course Materials and Joining Instructions

Learners have given a score of 4.6 out of 5 in both precourse materials and joining instructions, which is a testament to our effort in ensuring learners attend the course with the required prior knowledge for an effective learning experience during the live class.
