Are you interested in offering or promoting CQI IRCA Certified Courses in your region?
3FOLD Training FZE is now inviting applications from training institutes, consultants, and individual trainers to join us as a Registered Service Provider (RSP) or a Registered Agent (RA). As an RSP, you would be authorized to deliver CQI IRQA Certified Courses through an online classroom under the management of 3FOLD. As an RA, you would be able to promote our courses within your region, and enroll students into our public batches.
How does a “RSP” work?
Once the RSP agreement is signed between 3FOLD and licensee, RSPs then have the ability to enroll delegates and deliver online live virtual classroom sessions. 3FOLD will provide all the required resources and support, including:
1. Approved trainers for training engagement (English Language Only)
2. Training for your trainers to deliver virtual classes
3. Virtual Classroom delivery platform
4. Learner Access to the Learning Management System, which contains pre-course materials, video lessons, prior knowledge check quiz, mock specimen exams, course manual, etc.
5. Trainer course material
6. Ongoing marketing support
7. Trainer recruitment support
8. Product training to your sales and marketing team
9. Course completion certificate within five days of grading and moderating the assessment
10. Online assessment platform for the final exam
How do we charge?
All RSP will pay a one-time license fee (onboarding) to setup the agreement and gain access to resources. You can rebate this amount on achieving an annual enrollment of agreed up on learners. As a levy fee for each learner, you will pay a fixed amount, which includes all the resources listed above. If you would like to use our trainers,we will charge a trainer fee.
How does “RA” work?
As a Registered Agent (RA), your role is to promote CQI IRCA certified courses run by 3FOLD Training FZE on a fixed commission basis. You can simply refer students from your contact to us, we will complete the entire student journey from enrollment to issuing course completion certificates.
What are the courses you can offer?
At present, we have the following CQI IRCA Certified Courses and intend to add more courses in the future:
1. ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor
2. ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS Lead Auditor
3. ISO 1400:2015 EMS Lead Auditor
Conditions
To maintain a high level of compliance, governance, and integrity of CQI IRCA certified courses, all RSPs must meet the following conditions.
1. All courses must be delivered through the Virtual Classroom platform provided by 3FOLD. A member of 3FOLD will monitor the training program for quality assurance and compliance.
2. 3FOLD should approve all virtual classroom trainers.
3. 3FOLD operates in UAE and India; hence we do not approve any RSP based on these two country. If you operate in these two country, you can work with us on Registered Agency model.
4. RSP should not promote or enroll students based in UAE and India.
5. You should not have a relationship with any other CQI IRCA Approved Training Partners.
